WordPress 3.3.1 Tested
A new WordPress update was released today. This was a security and maintenance update. The new version of WordPress is 3.3.1 and here at DatingSolutions, we have applied this update to the WordPress Dating Demo and it works like a charm.
Anytime a new WordPress version comes out, we always apply the update to the Dating Software demo to make sure that it all works together. We want to make sure the product you get is up to date and compatible with all versions of WordPress.
For all those existing clients that have WordPress 3.3, feel free to update your WordPress via your WordPress Admin Area and as always, be sure to backup your site files and database for precaution. You should be doing this anyway.

For all of you that have the WordPress Dating Plugin 4.2.1, we wanted to let you know that we are still working on version 4.5. We hope to have 4.5 complete in the first part of 2012. Some of the new features that you’re going to see go into version 4.5 are SEO URL’s, Integrated FlashChat/IM, a brand new email system, enhanced matching tools, eHarmony style matching algorithm, black book, more blocking Tools, user generated profiles and much much more.

When you’re looking to sell a product on your dating site, you can let people buy the product without registering or you can force them to register and login before they purchase your product. I would recommend letting them register before they purchase it. That way you have them as a user on your dating site.
